Handmade by me featuring an abundance of soft delicate tulle fabrics, velvet bottoms, fully lined bodice, pompom details and ruffle details and topped off with your number of choice in a structured glitter vinyl hand cut and sewn on. You choose your size and number. If you do not want the patch please leave in notes to leave off.
