This handmade romper features a fun mix of sparkles and soft tulles. A fun and whimsical design. Bottoms are made of soft velvet and bodice is fully lined.
You may also choose the dress option. This means the bottoms will be changed from the shorties to the skirt, everything else will remain the same.
