The original birthday romper was offered the year before last. This one was a favorite and figured I’d offer her up one last time. Handmade by me featuring an abundance of soft delicate tulle fabrics, velvet bottoms, fully lined bodice, and ruffle details and topped off with your number of choice in a structured glitter vinyl hand cut and sewn on. You choose your size and number!
You may also choose the dress option. This means the bottoms will be changed from the shorties to the skirt, everything else will remain the same.
