Where do you ship to?

We ship all over the world!

How long does shipping take?

Up to 10-12 weeks. I am the sole runner of Little Willow Tree. Each piece takes precious time to complete. As demand and interest grow my turnaround grows with it. Delays may happen and I just ask for patience and understanding.

How do I track my order?

All packages are shipped Flat Rate, for the US $4.95-$6.95 and international is $15.00-$35.00. All packages come with tracking. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping notification via your paypal email which will provide you with your tracking number. You can also access your tracking number on your paypal from your original transaction receipt. 

Returns

How do I return an item?

Due to the handmade nature of each item I do not accept any returns. Orders can not be canceled or refunded after purchase. In the case a customer demands a cancellation, a 25% fee will be applied. No exceptions. 

Can I exchange for a different item?

I will accept exchanges in some cases. If your item is too small I will gladly exchange it for a larger size. If your item is too large I will alter it to a smaller size. As long as supplies are still available to me. OOAK items and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for exchanges.

What if my package is lost?

This does happen! Every now and then a package will get lost in space somewhere. But, I will always help with situations regarding a lost or damaged package. Just email me. I always reply. All US packages come with tracking. 

General

Can I get modifications?

The only modifications that will be made with items is lace trimming, which I use a lot of with my items. This includes gold trimming details, minor lace details, and strap materials for rompers. Sometimes the lace trim I use will no longer be available to me and I will have to substitute with a different style. But, always of same or higher quality and not so much to where it alters the product drastically. If the item needs to be altered drastically I will email regarding so. I do not replace main fabrics of an item. If a main fabric needs to be changed I will email regarding the change.

Why am I being charged tax?

Starting as of 2020 all online selling websites and platforms are required to charge sales tax. I do not have any control over this tax setting. I do not see any of the money charged for the sales tax and it does not benefit me or my own personal taxes. It goes straight to my website platform. I apologize for any inconvenience. 

Are there any restrictions with my handmade piece?

Some designs are made with small pieces such as Intricate beading and embellishments. Please keep these small pieces away from curious teething little babes. My play necklaces are also not for teething babes and should be kept from little mouths. The intricate, fully embellished designs are specialty made and not meant for everyday play. 

What if there is a quality issue with my item?

I am an independent worker and I am the only one making your sweet, little items, all while I care for my two daughters. I will be the first to admit I make mistakes every now and then. But, I will always fix those mistakes! I want my customers to have a lovely shopping experience from my small, handmade shop. I sew everything on my sewing machine, I do not use a serger. I always make sure everything is nicely stitched and proper quality for even playtime. I just ask for understanding and patience. You will receive your item(s) no matter what!
